No two days are the same on the HR Data Analyst Team. Your work will be dynamic and ever-evolving, with a mixture of short and long-term projects. You can expect to:

  • Partner with the business, the HR team and internal stakeholders to translate needs and regulations into automated HR processes and tools, delivering analysis and reports.
  • Prepare and build reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising data and trends, both customized and standardized.
  • Collect data on payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, employment records, and exit interviews.
  • Implement relevant HR metrics in order to determine the efficiency and impact of the workforce.
  • Analyse data and statistics for trends with regard to recruitment practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws.
  • Use data analysis to detect and evaluate patterns and assess potential opportunities and risks.
  • Streamline data pipelines and make visualisations.
  • Ensure data privacy and HR compliance.
  • Build, own, maintain and further develop different interactive reports.
  • Continuously broaden your technical horizon and stay up-to-date with the latest technology.

WHO YOU ARE:

The feedback loop for this team is immediate; therefore, we look for dynamic and highly ambitious people who seek to constantly innovate, challenge the status quo, and want to work alongside some of the most talented and intelligent people in the business.

In terms of skills and qualifications, we're looking for:

  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in an (HR) data analyst role.
  • An academic bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, economics, engineering, mathematics, statistics, psychology, or an equivalent field.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups/Indexing), and the ability to create charts, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Experience with Workday, Crunchr and/or Tableau is a big plus.
  • Affinity with Human Resources.
  • High degree of confidentiality and understanding of limitations in data sharing.
  • Proactive, can-do attitude and an eagerness to learn.
  • Strong communicator: you need to be able to translate your ideas across different areas of the business.

WHAT YOU’LL GET

The chance to start your career working alongside best-in-class professionals from over 40 different countries.

Alongside this you will get great secondary benefits such as 25 paid vacation days (30 after the first year), fully paid first-class commuting expenses, training opportunities, breakfast, lunch and dinner facilities, sports and leisure activities, Friday afternoon drinks and even weekly in-house chair massages.
