Provide customer support/assistance with the following sample tasks.

Resolve ALM 11 Production Tickets

Troubleshooting ALM Production issues

Troubleshooting BPT issues in ALM and UFT

Provide Mentoring and Training on ALM

ALM 12 New Features Mentoring

ALM 12 Upgrade Plan, Infrastructure sizing, Documentation, Risk mitigation, Implementation and Support

ALM Data Archival Strategy, Solution and Implementation of Results

ALM Integrations, Customizations

ALM Robot install, Configure and use for Upgrade ALM integration with UFT, BPT, other HP and non HP tools

Qualifications

HP ALM /QC 12, Installation and Configuration, Integrations, Upgrade, Customization, Data Archival Techniques, OTA/API programming, Administration HP UFT, BPT Framework
