We are a warm, busy family of three (soon to be four!) in Newtown Square, PA. Our toddler attends daycare, we have a friendly and easygoing dog, and weekly housecleaners handle the deep cleaning, so you can focus on what you do best: helping our household run smoothly and creating a sense of calm amid the day-to-day.
Both parents have demanding careers, with one working from home and the other in the office with occasional travel. We value organization, reliability, and proactive communication, and we're looking for someone who can become a trusted, long-term partner in helping our family thrive.
We deeply value reliability, thoughtful communication, initiative, and someone who genuinely enjoys making life easier for the families they support. We want this to feel like a partnership built on trust, respect, and shared goals.
The long-term focus of the role is on creating and maintaining organizational systems throughout the home, tackling larger organization and reset projects, managing household inventory and supplies, running errands, staying on top of family laundry, and helping with seasonal decorating and other projects that make a house truly feel like home. If you love transforming spaces, creating lasting systems, and bringing order to busy households, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful, long-term impact while building a career in household management.
Who You Are / What We're Looking ForYou are someone who enjoys creating systems, solving problems, and taking ownership of a busy household. You're highly organized, proactive, and naturally see what needs to be done before anyone has to ask.
You communicate clearly, follow through consistently, and genuinely enjoy bringing order and efficiency to a home. You are reliable to your core, love dogs, and thrive in a home with clear systems and high standards. You bring a strong sense of order and care to everything you do.
You are dependable, trustworthy, and calm under pressure. You appreciate structure, love creating organized spaces and sustainable systems.
