What You’ll Do

We aren't just looking for someone to run test scripts; we need a visionary leader to own our entire software delivery quality, performance and reliability strategy. You will architect the frameworks, define the metrics, and build the team that ensures our platform’s overall delivery is bulletproof, highly performant and enterprise-ready.

• Holistic Delivery & Quality Strategy: Define the overarching vision for end-to-end quality assurance and delivery confidence at CONXAI. Establish modern automated testing and release governance strategies that guarantee seamless product rollouts
  
• Performance & Reliability Governance: Establish frameworks to audit, benchmark, and validate complex, non-deterministic AI agent behaviors alongside core platform infrastructure. You will define SLIs/SLOs for system uptime, latency and throughput, ensuring the platform remains highly performant under heavy enterprise workloads.
  
• Ecosystem Integration Quality: Oversee the end-to-end verification of how our platform integrates with highly fragmented, legacy AEC data tools and third-party silos
  
• CI/CD & Automation Scale: Drive the implementation of intelligent quality gates in our deployment pipelines, allowing for rapid feature deployment without compromising platform stability
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with Product, Core Engineering and Customer Success leadership to translate "silent AI failures" into structural improvements and actionable product roadmaps
• Team Building & Mentorship: Lay the groundwork for a world-class Quality Engineering team, establishing best practices, mentoring engineers and scaling the function as the company grows

Who You Are

• 8+ years in Quality Engineering, Performance Engineering, or Site Reliability, with at least 2+ years leading QA/Reliability strategies or teams in a modern, high-scale SaaS or AI-driven environment.
  
• Technical Deeply Rooted: You have deep expertise in TypeScript, Cypress (or Playwright), CI/CD pipelines and highly performant test scripts
  
• Attention to Detail: You have a "detective" mindset, capable of finding edge cases in non-linear, AI-driven workflows
  
• System-Level Thinker: You possess a holistic understanding of the software development lifecycle. You don't just look at isolated features; you care about system architecture, edge cases in non-linear workflows, and overall ecosystem stability
• User-Centric & Business-Minded: You connect engineering output to customer experience. You ensure that our platform delivers absolute trust, elite performance, and operational excellence to the global enterprises relying on it
