Responsibilities and Duties
Operating Expense Oversight- Play a pivotal role in driving financial efficiency and strategic growth by leading disciplined oversight of company-wide operating expenses. You’ll identify cost-saving opportunities, eliminate inefficiencies, and enforce smart budget controls that support our EBITDA goals. By partnering cross-functionally, you'll uncover value across departments, optimize vendor agreements, and use data to inform business-critical decisions—all while enhancing our cost structure and operating leverage.
Vendor Onboarding- Be the architect of successful vendor partnerships from the start. You’ll lead the full onboarding process—evaluating, qualifying, and integrating vendors to ensure alignment with FCP Euro’s financial, legal, and strategic objectives. From contract negotiations to cross-functional coordination and KPI setup, you’ll standardize best practices that ensure vendors are ready to deliver value from day one. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building scalable processes and driving early performance.
Enterprise Vendor Data Management- Own and evolve our enterprise vendor data ecosystem. You'll centralize, standardize, and maintain critical supplier information to power smarter procurement decisions and enterprise-wide visibility. Through strong data governance, system integration, and continuous improvement, you’ll enhance transparency, reduce operational risk, and improve the accuracy and accessibility of vendor information that supports compliance, performance, and strategic execution.
Qualifications and Skills
- 10+ years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain; experience in e-commerce or the automotive aftermarket is a plus.
- Proven track record of leading procurement transformations with measurable cost savings and efficiency gains.
- Deep expertise in spend analytics, contract negotiation, and supplier performance management.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to connect sourcing outcomes to P&L impact
- Hands-on experience implementing procurement systems and driving category management strategies.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Compensation
- This is an exempt salaried role with a base salary of $110,000 - $150,000, depending on experience, with a total compensation opportunity of $124,000 - $164,000 annually.
