Head of Performance Marketing

ether.fi is one of the largest crypto companies in the world. We have over $10B in assets under management and a team of around 50. We've been profitable since day one and are focused on building real consumer applications.

The future we envisage is true on-chain banking. Our current products, Stake, Liquid and Cash, let users earn yield across a range of DeFi strategies and spend their assets in the real world with our cards. You can view public analytics on Dune for Cash and Stake.

We're looking for a Head of Performance Marketing to own how ether.fi acquires users. You'll run paid ads, SEO and AEO (answer engine optimization: getting ether.fi recommended by AI assistants like ChatGPT and Perplexity), and you'll be judged on one thing: active users at a cost that works.

• Own paid acquisition end to end: channel mix, creative, targeting, bidding and budget

• Build and run our SEO and AEO programs

• Source and manage UGC (user-generated content) creators to produce ad creative at volume

• Set up the tracking and reporting that ties spend to active users, by channel and by cohort

• Cut what doesn't work quickly and scale what does

• 2+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience

• You've run SEO, AEO and paid ads yourself, not only managed people who did

• Ideally you've done this in-house at a fintech; agency experience is fine too

• A data background: you're comfortable pulling and analyzing your own numbers
