What you will be doing:
- Develop and execute partnerships for growth with merchants and other partners.
- Develop relationships and drive business outcomes towards delivery of partnership goals.
- Manage ongoing account plan and deliver on both strategic and tactical initiatives.
- Develop trusted relationships throughout partner organization.
- Actively contribute to the business plan development including strategy, data analytics, planning, implementation and business performance assessment
What we are looking for:
- 10+ years of relevant experience with a graduate degree or higher in business or technology.
- Strong execution mindset focused on the effective achievement of business goals with the ability to dive into details and collaborate across teams.
- Industry experience in the payments ecosystem including acquiring banks, payments facilitators, merchants, payments networks or fintech operators is desirable.
- Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower all stakeholders to achieve their best with a team approach
- Results and detail orientated with a hands-on approach
- Intelligent, motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and work ethic.
