We’re looking for someone who:
Wheelhouse is looking for our first Head of Growth and Product Marketing to begin building the foundation for the next generation of success at Wheelhouse.
Last year, our product won Innovation of the Year. Yet, in Q1 & Q2, we shipped 40+ new features on a platform that has a 50+ NPS, very low churn, and a 99% cSAT score.
In short, we’ve got a great foundation for the right builder & leader to come in to take our platform to the next level.
You’ll report directly to the CEO, and play an outsized roll in everything from product strategy to product launches.
While you’ll be joining a company that is strong on storytelling, you will be our storytelling leader - leveraging your verbal, written & visual skills to make sure we both hear & deliver for our customers.
Your first 30 Days:
- Learn & Connect Dots
- Meet all your new teammates
- Learn as much as possible about our customers, our product & our roadmap
- Complete a deep-dive into our category, competitors
- Map out our various customer’s journey, pain points, and goals
- Map out a V1 strategy for Content, SEO, GEO
- Begin to own messaging, from whatever starting point you see as most important
Your next 90 days:
- Start building (while learning)
- Execute an initial plan to uplevel content, SEO, GEO
- Own feature, product & partnership launches
- Own events
- Etc
