Our snapshots are characterized by vibrant colours, surprise effects and pure spontaneity. We have over a million creative members across the world, who uploaded over 18 million photos on our online platform.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze data and metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and growth

  • Design strategies to attract and retain users, and collaborate closely with our operations managers to implement these tactics

  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

  • Track and analyse sales-through, plan and simulate online promotional operations

  • Work cross-functionally with other teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

REQUIREMENTS

  • Educational background in Business, Marketing, or related field

  • 1-3 years of experience in international marketing, business development, data analysis, or similar roles

  • Written & spoken fluency in English

  • Proficiency in web analytics tools & spreadsheets

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills

  • Creative mind, ability to think outside of the box

  • Affinity for art, design and culture, understanding and experience with analogue photography

EMPLOYMENT
  • Full-time

  • Start date: as soon as possible

  • The minimum salary according to the collective agreement is 14 × € 2.251, including social benefits. Overpayment depending on education, qualification and work experience is of course possible.
