Skills Required
- High learning rate and ability to iterate quickly through experiments
- Proven experience meaningfully scaling a product or media
- Hands-on tinkering experience (built apps or programmed microcontrollers)
- Understanding of social/video content dynamics (e.g., why a TikTok performs)
- Experience publishing content
- Strong ethical judgement paired with competitive drive
- Personal familiarity with heavy app usage / screentime
