At Bakery Bling™, we make dessert decorating easy, fun, and memorable. From Glittery Sugar™ and designer cookie kits to our Insta-House™ gingerbread houses, our products help families, bakers, and retailers create something special without the hassle. We're a growing, women-owned company that values creativity, collaboration, and people who enjoy building something meaningful.

We're looking for a creative designer who loves bringing products and brands to life. You'll be responsible for creating packaging, marketing materials, social content, and everything in between.

What You'll Do

· Design retail packaging and product graphics.

· Create digital content for social media, email campaigns, and websites.

· Develop sales presentations and promotional materials.

· Help support seasonal launches and licensed product collections.

· Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.

· Prepare artwork for production and print.

What We're Looking For

· Strong portfolio showcasing design work.

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

· Experience with packaging design is a plus.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
