We seek a proactive Marketing Designer for Setapp team.
Setapp is MacPaw's subscription-based app service for macOS and iOS. It provides access to 240+ quality apps that cover such categories as productivity, lifestyle, web development, Mac maintenance, creativity, writing, education, and personal finance.
As a valuable member of the Content Marketing team, your responsibilities will include creating digital marketing materials in static and 2D motion. You will work in a cross-functional team. At the same time, it is an ability to pitch your ideas and quickly see your work's impact on users.

In this role, you will:

• Create engaging and compelling visuals for various social media platforms, tailored to each platform's specifications and audience preferences (e.g. still image posts, animated images, targeted advertising creatives, design elements for Reels and other short-format video content)
• Support the social media team in creative concept and idea development from the visual standpoint
• Develop visual concepts and elements to convey key messages and implement CTAs in social media content
• Responsible for the quality of implementation of design solutions through cooperation with the content marketing team. Monitor the compliance of the final result with the design concept
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively and delivering high-quality work consistently
• Use a data-driven design approach

Skills you'll need to bring:

• Experience in digital marketing 3+ years
• Portfolio of your past works, including motion and graphics
• Experience in creating types of marketing creatives in different styles (banners, infographics, guides, etc.)
• Proficiency in motion design - above average
• Diverse experience with Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop, Figma etc.
• Ability to switch between projects and work according to priorities and tight deadlines
• Being ready to lead a project from the first ink drop to the last pixel
• At least an intermediate level of English & fluent Ukrainian

As a plus:

• Experience in a creative/advertising agency or a marketing department
