What We’re Looking For
● 3–6 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing/advertising setup
● Strong portfolio showcasing campaign-based and digital creatives
● Prior experience managing or mentoring a team
● Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and familiarity with Canva
● Strong understanding of social media and digital design requirements
● Good communication and leadership skills
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
● High attention to detail and strong creative judgment
