The RoleWe’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Design Intern to join our Toronto team. You’ll work closely with our designers, including our UX/UI Designer, to create visuals and content that strengthen the ShyftLabs brand across social media, sales materials, and internal communications.
What You’ll Do
Create graphics, visuals, and short-form content for social media, pitch decks, and marketing materials.
Help keep branding consistent across decks, social posts, and customer-facing assets.
Work with our designers to follow and build on our templates and visual standards.
Support content for company updates, employee highlights, and client success stories.
Help maintain the content calendar and suggest new ideas.
Stay current on design and social media trends.
What We’re Looking For
Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a college or university program in graphic design, visual communication, digital media, or a related field.
A portfolio that shows your design skills and range.
Working knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), or Canva.
A strong eye for layout, typography, colour, and detail.
Good communication skills and the ability to turn feedback into better work.
Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
