Our client in the Luxury Retail & Customer Experience sector is searching for a Graduate Customer Experience & Research Analyst based in Dubai. The successful candidate will contribute to premium customer journeys, loyalty feedback and service recovery.
Use customer feedback and research to identify service improvements and support better customer journeys.
- Design and administer supervised surveys and feedback collection.
- Consolidate qualitative and quantitative customer findings.
- Prepare customer journey maps and insight summaries.
- Track service indicators and support improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Marketing, Business or related field.
- Strong research, listening and communication skills.
- Excel proficiency and basic data interpretation.
- Customer empathy and ability to present evidence-based recommendations.
Recent graduates or final-year students able to meet the role's start-date and employment requirements. Relevant internships, university projects and extracurricular experience are welcome. Applications from other relevant academic disciplines will also be considered.
