Job Description:-
• Help synthesize consumer generated social media chatter into key findings/insights. Should be able to develop comprehensive reports based on data from a wide range of consumer-generated media
• Knowledge of social media metrics & KPIs and correlation between most important KPIs
• Collaborate with external data partners, agencies and vendors to assist with data collection and reporting
• Understanding and experience with web analytics platforms (Webtrends, Adobe, Google Analytics etc.)
• Experience with Social Listening platform (Sysomos, Radian6, Synthesio etc.)
• Understanding of analytical tools like SAS/SPSS will be a plus
• Experience on big data tools will be a plus
