What We Do
Sarj (Sarj.ai) is a Riyadh-based Conversational AI platform that Saudi enterprises trust to handle customer interactions across voice and chat without losing the human touch. Its AI-powered voice and chat agents handle real tasks — calls, sales, debt collection, scheduling, and customer support — in natural Arabic and English. The platform also provides data and document intelligence that extracts and structures information from calls, documents, and transactions, plus workflow automation that triggers actions across existing systems such as core banking, CRM, EHR, and billing. Sarj serves verticals including financial services, insurance, healthcare, and retail across Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.
