The Challenge
We are looking for highly skilled Fullstack Developers who are excited to be able to create an “operating system” like platform to support our AI Agent Platform. This will not be a project whose objective is “just programming”. There will be discussions on strategic vision and the creation of new products that do not exist on the market.
Requirements:
- Curious, focused and with a taste for excellence;
- Bachelor's degree in software engineering or equivalent;
- 3+ years of experience as a Fullstack Java/.Net Core developer;
- Solid concepts of OOP architectures and patterns (data modeling, application modeling, modules and performance);
- Strong use and experience in using Gen AI (eliminatory factor);
- Able to develop for high scalability and performance;
- Good communication skills;
- Availability to work on-site (Carnaxide office);
- Ability to communicate in English.
