The Role

Your Role:

As a Full Stack Modernization Engineer, you will design, develop, modernize, and support enterprise web, mobile, and cloud applications using .NET, React, React Native, cloud-native technologies, and DevOps practices. You will drive application modernization initiatives, build scalable and secure solutions, contribute across the software development lifecycle, and help organizations transform legacy applications into modern cloud-enabled platforms.

What Will You Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, React, React Native, and cloud-native technologies.
• Build scalable APIs, microservices, integrations, and business services using modern .NET architecture and development best practices.
• Develop responsive web and mobile applications using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, React Native, component-based architectures, and API integrations.
• Lead modernization initiatives by upgrading frameworks, reducing technical debt, and migrating applications to Azure, AWS, or GCP environments.
• Develop and optimize database integrations, SQL components, data access layers, and enterprise data solutions using Oracle and PostgreSQL.
• Support DevOps practices including source control, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, deployment automation, containerization, and cloud operations.
• Perform code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, performance optimization, monitoring, and production support to ensure application quality and reliability.
• Utilize AI-assisted engineering tools to improve development productivity, automation, refactoring, documentation, testing, and operational efficiency while following governance and security standards.

• 4-8 years of experience in full-stack development, application modernization, cloud engineering, or enterprise software development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core/Modern .NET, ASP.NET Core Web API, Entity Framework Core, REST APIs, microservices, and object-oriented design principles.
• Strong experience in React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, component-based development, state management, routing, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience developing or supporting React Native mobile applications, including mobile lifecycle management, API integration, testing, packaging, and deployment.
• Hands-on experience working with Oracle and/or PostgreSQL, including SQL development, query optimization, database design, transactions, indexing, and data integration.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP), including cloud application services, identity management, monitoring, and cloud-native application deployment.
• Strong knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, infrastructure automation, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with secure coding practices, automated testing, observability, troubleshooting, performance tuning, Agile delivery methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise:

• Experience with enterprise-scale application modernization, legacy transformation, cloud migration, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, API gateways, distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud-native application design patterns.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) technologies such as Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation, or similar automation tools.
• Experience using AI-assisted development technologies such as GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q Developer, Gemini Code Assist, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, LangGraph, or related AI engineering platforms.
• Relevant certifications in .NET, Azure, AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, DevOps, Cloud Architecture, or Full-Stack Development are preferred.
