We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer based in Latin America to work on a long-term project for one of our clients, a Software Development company based in Atlanta, Georgia.
Our client is building a secure, bank-grade AI infrastructure and developing cutting-edge applications designed to power the next generation of modern banking and financial services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and scale products that bring large language models (LLMs) and machine learning capabilities to banks.
- Design, implement, and scale backend services and APIs that power the platform, ensuring reliability and high performance.
- Build interfaces and APIs connecting backend logic with modern web or mobile clients.
- Develop and maintain integrations with Encompass and other mortgage lending platforms, enabling seamless data exchange, workflow automation, and interoperability across systems.
- Work on scalability, load balancing, and performance tuning of web server backends with evolving workloads.
Requirements
- Advanced Level of English.
- Hands-on experience integrating with Encompass, including APIs, web services, SDKs, custom forms, business rules, workflow automation, or related mortgage lending system integrations.
- Familiarity with mortgage lending processes, loan origination systems (LOS), and mortgage/HELOC workflows.
- 5+ years of experience with frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, or similar).
- Understanding of API security and authentication (OAuth2, JWT).
- Partner closely with product managers, designers, and ML engineers to ship fast, data-driven, and impactful features.
- Participate in system design discussions and establish patterns that make the codebase robust, maintainable, and extensible.
- 5+ years of experience working in Python or an equivalent backend programming language.
- Experience deploying and scaling applications on Azure or AWS.
- Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code, Kubernetes, and Terraform — or eagerness to learn.
- Ability to design modular, scalable systems that balance performance and maintainability.
