LT Consulting is seeking a Full Stack Web Developer with an active TS/SCI with polygraph to design and deliver the full scope of web solutions. As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll build both frontend and backend components using modern frameworks and cloud-native architectures. You’ll work closely with DevOps and product teams to automate deployments, optimize performance, and ensure scalable, maintainable code delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications and services.
- Develop secure, scalable, readable, and maintainable software.
- Troubleshoot application defects and production issues and provide ongoing support.
- Participate in technical design decisions, code reviews, testing, and software releases.
- Collaborate with customers, product owners, Scrum Masters, QA engineers, and development teams to clarify requirements and deliver solutions.
- Support and enhance existing applications, including legacy systems.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation.
Agile/Scrum
- Participate actively in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
- Collaborate with product owners and team members to define, estimate, and deliver user stories.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and alignment with product goals.
- Code Quality & Operations
- Follow established coding standards and software development best practices.
- Develop unit and integration tests to ensure application reliability.
- Assist with cloud deployments, including AWS environments.
- Monitor application performance and provide production support.
Preferred Requirements:
Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
AWS Certified Developer or Solutions Architect certification
Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) and AWS services (EC2, IAM, RDS, S3, SQS, etc.)
Experience with end to end test automation frameworks (Cypress, Selenium, Playwright, Katalon, etc.)
Knowledge of observability platforms (Prometheus, Grafana) and performance monitoring best practices
Skills Required
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Professional experience in full-stack application development
- Proficiency with frontend frameworks such as React or Angular and UI libraries such as MUI, Angular Material, Bootstrap, or Tailwind CSS
- Experience developing and testing backend services using Java/Spring Boot, Node/Express, or a similar modern API framework
- Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and integrating relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle
- Experience with Git version control and CI/CD build automation
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes containerized deployments
- Experience working in Agile environments using JIRA and Confluence
- Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- AWS Certified Developer or Solutions Architect certification
