Full Stack Developer (PW2)

Position Title: Senior Full-Stack Developer
Work Arrangements: Hybrid 2x/week onsite (UP Technohub, Quezon City Philippines)
Work Schedule: Initially on a night shift for the first 1–2 months, transitioning to a 3:00 PM to 12:00 midnight schedule thereafter

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in Angular/React, TypeScript, Node.js, and AWS. In this role, you will design, build, and optimize scalable web applications that deliver secure and reliable solutions. You will be part of a collaborative team, taking ownership of full-stack development while contributing to innovative projects that make an impact.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality web applications.

• Build and optimize APIs, server-side logic, and microservices using Node.js.

• Develop responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces with Angular/React and TypeScript.

• Deploy, manage, and optimize applications on AWS cloud services.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver client requirements.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues while ensuring performance and security.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and technical discussions.

• At least 4–5 years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer.

• Proven track record in developing both front-end and back-end applications.

• Hands-on experience working with cloud-based deployments (AWS preferred).

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with teams and deliver results in fast-paced environments.

• Front-End: Angular or React, TypeScript.

• Back-End: Node.js, REST APIs, microservices.

• Cloud: AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, or related services).

• Database: Proficiency in SQL and experience with NoSQL databases is a plus.

• Development Practices: Strong debugging, unit testing, and code optimization.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.

• Ability to work both independently and within a team.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and frameworks.
