CodeValue is looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join a large-scale, mission-critical project delivered by CodeValue for a leading Israeli government organization.
You will be part of a professional development team working on a modern digital system, combining backend and frontend technologies, cloud infrastructure, containers, and AI capabilities.

What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain complex software systems.
- Develop backend services using ASP.NET Core 8 and C#.
- Develop modern frontend applications using Angular 18.
- Work with Angular Material, Signals, and RxJS.
- Develop and optimize solutions based on SQL Server.
- Work with Elasticsearch in large-scale environments.
- Develop and deploy containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Work with cloud environments and modern development infrastructure.
- Work with AI tools and Large Language Models (LLMs) as part of the development process.
- Collaborate with developers and other professional teams in a large-scale environment.
- Use configuration and source-control tools such as Git and Azure DevOps.
- Contribute to the design, development, and improvement of mission-critical systems.
At least 4 years of hands-on experience in server-side and client-side component and application development.
At least 4 years of experience developing web systems.
Experience with Microsoft development environments (.NET Framework, .NET Core) or Nodejs
Experience in server-side component development using C# / Node.js
Experience in client-side component development using Angular/ React.
Experience in developing and consuming REST APIs.
Experience working with Oracle environments, writing SQL queries, and using TOAD for development, code analysis, debugging, and process optimization.
Hands-on experience or familiarity with developer AI tools (e.g., Amazon Q).
Experience working with Git and CI/CD processes in Azure DevOps.
Experience in writing unit and integration tests, with strong familiarity with software testing principles and methodologies.
Experience with cloud-oriented microservices architecture, system upgrades, and code optimization.
Skills Required
- 4+ years software development experience
- Hands-on experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core 8+ and C#
- Hands-on experience with Angular 18+ (Angular 20 an advantage)
- Proven experience with Angular Material, Signals, and RxJS
- Experience developing Web APIs, Microservices, WCF, and Windows Services
- Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience with Elasticsearch in large-scale environments
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes and containerized deployments
- Experience with cloud environments and modern dev infrastructure
- Experience with Git and Azure DevOps
- Experience working with AI development tools and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Experience developing and troubleshooting in closed/isolated environments without external AI services
- Familiarity with secure software development and OWASP guidelines
- Familiarity with Active Directory
- Availability for occasional 24/7 emergency support
- Use of smartphone/tablet and WhatsApp for role communications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent qualifying education/military tech unit
