You are a technically strong full-stack developer who thrives in small, high-ownership environments and genuinely wants to shape what gets built? This role puts you at the centre of two exciting challenges: developing a new digital product from the ground up in a lean, idea-driven team — and driving AI implementation projects for clients in the healthcare sector.
You will work closely with a small team where your input truly matters, contribute ideas beyond your immediate technical scope, and take real end-to-end ownership of what you build.
- Design, build, and iterate on a new software product from concept to production
- Bring in your own ideas and actively shape product direction and architecture
- Develop and integrate AI/ML features into the core product
- Lead or support AI implementation projects at healthcare clients
- Translate complex requirements into clean, scalable full-stack solutions
- Collaborate with a small cross-functional team across product, engineering, and client work
Requirements
- Strong academic background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with full-stack development (e.g. React / Next.js or similar frontend, Python / Node.js or similar backend)
- Strong sense of ownership — you drive tasks end to end without constant direction and are proactive about raising ideas and problems
- Comfortable working in a small team and contributing beyond your immediate role
- Fluent English
