Roles and Responsibilities:
To be able to interact with Business, do the demos, able to work with client partners.
Requirement gathering abilities
1) Experience in Agile technologies.
2) Code review - Extensive
a. Making sure team is following good standards
b. Make sure Code is extensible.
c. Make sure Codes have proper documentation.
d. Setup the code review meeting with client.
e. Maintain Code review comments in share point.
f. Maintain all the channel app documents- UIDD, Wireframes, style guide.
3) UI Design discussion- proposing solutions.
4) Ability to handle lead triages
5) Follow Agile Routines
6) Ability to provide effective Status reporting
7) Ability to provide Swags/Estimates- in terms of story pointing, release estimation.
8) Onshore/offshore coordination
9) Effective task assignment to the team
10) Effective problem solving.
11) Effective task assignment among the team.
