Front End Developer (React.js)

CustomerLabs is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company helping businesses maximize the value of their first-party customer data. Our platform helps marketers collect, unify, and activate customer data to improve marketing performance and drive measurable growth.

You'll turn complex product requirements into fast, reliable, and delightful web experiences. You'll build reusable UI with React and JavaScript, care deeply about responsive design and performance, and ship with strong testing and browser compatibility.

·  Build reusable UI components and frontend features using JavaScript, React, HTML5, and CSS3.

·  Deliver responsive, mobile-first, pixel-accurate experiences across devices.

·  Ensure consistent behavior across Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.

·  Profile and optimize loading, rendering, bundle size, and runtime performance.

·  Improve Core Web Vitals and build performance guardrails into everyday development.

·  Write unit/component and automated browser tests to prevent regressions.

·  Use DevTools to diagnose network, performance, memory, layout, and rendering issues.

·  Build features using modern Web APIs and Progressive Web App patterns.

·  Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend on scalable frontend systems.

·  Strong hands-on experience building production web applications with React and JavaScript.

·  Deep fundamentals in JavaScript, React, HTML, and CSS.

·  Strong problem-solving and DSA fundamentals applied to frontend performance and correctness.

·  Responsive, mobile-first design and modern CSS knowledge.

·  Practical cross-browser debugging experience.

·  Performance profiling and measurable optimization experience.

·  Unit testing and automated browser testing experience.

·  Understanding of Core Web Vitals, Web APIs, browser DevTools, and PWA fundamentals.

·  Strong ownership, communication, collaboration, and attention to UX quality.

·  TypeScript.

·  Accessibility knowledge including semantic HTML, keyboard navigation, and ARIA basics.

·  Production performance monitoring, analytics, and error tracking experience.

·  Interest in rapid prototyping and tool-assisted development without compromising quality.

·  Features are fast, reliable, responsive, accessible, and tested.

·  Frontend architecture becomes easier to scale and maintain.

·  Users experience a smoother product because performance and UX are treated as engineering priorities.
