Job Description:
MUST have basic computerknowledge.
Handling Reception/ FrontOffice.
Maintaining attendance registerfor employees
Attending walk-in and keepproper record.
Responding to phone calls &E-mails.
Manage requests for couriers,faxes etc.
Supervising the housekeepingstaff, security staff, gardeners etc.Managing office supplies &keeping inventory for the same.
Any other duties as may be assigned by the management fromtime to time
Requirements:
Must have Good command onEnglish Communication.
Fast Typing Speed is required.
Average Excel Knowledge Must.
Basic computer knowledge is MUST.
