About the Role
Pereira O’Dell is seeking a freelance Mid-Senior Designer to join our award-winning creative team. This role requires a highly skilled, independent, and detail-obsessed designer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design compelling, story-driven presentations for clients and new business pitches using Google Slides and PowerPoint, including creation of master templates.
- Develop and maintain visual design systems for ongoing campaigns, particularly across social media platforms.
- Create master assets for display banners, ensuring high visual quality and brand consistency.
- Execute precise resizing and adaptation of assets for display, social, and OOH formats, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and visual cohesiveness across formats.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in Graphic or Visual Design, preferably within an advertising agency or design studio.
- Strong portfolio showcasing work across multiple platforms and formats (social, digital, presentations, OOH).
- Deep understanding of typography, hierarchy, layout systems, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Experience with AI tools like Adobe Firefly, Sora, ChatGPT, and MidJourney.
- Expertise in Google Slides and PowerPoint, including building master templates.
- Fluent awareness of design trends, aesthetic standards, and emerging creative tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
- Highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a US-based creative team.
- Ability to understand and communicate in English.
Compensation is R$8.000 - R10.000/month (Brazilian Real).
