The Role:
You'll join a small, high-performing Commercial Finance team at the heart of our Gaming business, partnering with senior leaders to understand what's driving performance and influence the decisions that shape our future.
If you're naturally curious, enjoy asking "why?", and want to influence decisions rather than simply report on them, this is an opportunity to make a real impact.
Working closely with the Senior FP&A Manager and stakeholders across Product, Commercial, Marketing and Data, you'll analyse financial and operational performance, identify opportunities and risks, and turn complex data into meaningful commercial insight.

Skills Required
- Proven experience in a commercial finance/FP&A function
- Proficiency in Excel including complex financial/KPI modelling
- Strong commercial acumen
- Ability to partner with stakeholders and influence decision-making
- Great communication skills and ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
- Proactive, high-ownership mindset and openness to learning
- Working towards an accounting qualification (CIMA/ACCA or equivalent)
