Artian AI is building agentic AI automation for financial services.

We are an in-person team in New York, building at the intersection of AI, enterprise software, workflow automation, and financial services. We work with some of the world's largest financial institutions on workflows that span multiple systems, require human judgment and approvals, and need production-grade controls, auditability, and governance.

Artian AI is looking for a Founding Solutions Consultant to own the customer-facing technical and solution lifecycle of our enterprise opportunities, from first discovery through POC execution.

This role is ideal for a senior individual contributor who is technically credible but thinks commercially. You should be equally comfortable leading a discovery session with senior bank stakeholders, demoing the product, mapping a workflow across enterprise systems, and working alongside our Forward Deployed Engineers to resolve implementation issues. This is not a traditional pre-sales role: you own the engagement through POC execution, then hand off to our Solutions Delivery Manager, who leads production rollout.

• Lead discovery with business, operations, and technology stakeholders to understand workflows, systems, decision points, approvals, and controls.

• Qualify opportunities on workflow complexity, business value, and technical fit, and identify the stakeholders needed to move them forward.

• Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations tailored to each customer's workflows and environment.

• Design solutions that map existing processes and runbooks onto Artian's platform and solution patterns, working with product and engineering on feasibility.

• Scope POCs with clear objectives, success criteria, milestones, dependencies, and ownership.

• Lead the customer-facing side of POC execution alongside Forward Deployed Engineers, keeping the work tied to the original business problem.

• Present POC outcomes, partner with Solutions Delivery on the transition to production, and surface expansion opportunities.

• Build repeatable discovery frameworks, POC structures, demo environments, and solution templates as an early member of the commercial team.

• Feed structured customer insight back to product, engineering, and GTM leadership.

• 8+ years in enterprise software, AI/ML, fintech, or a related field, including 4+ years in solutions consulting, solutions engineering, or pre-sales.

• A track record of personally driving complex enterprise opportunities from discovery through POC or pilot execution.

• Experience working with large financial institutions or other highly regulated enterprises.

• Hands-on familiarity with AI/ML systems, agentic applications, workflow automation, or enterprise AI platforms.

• A strong technical foundation in APIs, data flows, enterprise integrations, and modern application architectures, enough to work credibly with architects and engineers.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior business and technical audiences.

• Strong process ownership: you set next steps, chase dependencies, and keep complex engagements moving.

• Comfort working across sales, product, and engineering in an early-stage environment.

• Direct experience selling or deploying solutions within banking.

• Knowledge of banking operations, risk, controls, or servicing workflows.

• Experience navigating enterprise security, architecture, model risk, or governance reviews.

• Shape how Artian sells and deploys its product as a founding member of the Solutions team.

• Own engagements end to end with some of the world's largest financial institutions.

• Work on production agentic AI systems for complex, regulated customer environments.

• Work closely with founders, Forward Deployed Engineers, product, and engineering in an in-person team in New York.
