About the role
As a founding silicon engineer at Bronco AI, you will be building world-class intelligent reasoning systems for chip verification. You’ll lend your domain expertise to develop AI systems that best support verification engineers. The ideal candidate is an experienced silicon engineer, chip designer, or verification engineer who seeks to get closer to the cutting edge of AI and work in a high-ownership, high-velocity environment.

What you'll do
- Have high ownership and direction over the architecture of the domain-specific reasoning system.
- Work alongside our customers to deploy and integrate Bronco into their workflows
- Inform product direction using knowledge of industry standard workflows and onsite customer learnings
- Co-develop with the AI and execute comprehensive verification plans and testbenches.
- Stay current with industry trends in both chip design and AI technologies
We'd like to see
- You are an exceptional engineer who can solve any problem.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 4+ years of experience in ASIC/SoC design and verification
- Familiarity with industry-standard EDA tools
- Interest in AI and machine learning applications in chip design and verification
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
We’d prefer if you had
- Proficiency in scripting languages and strong programming experience
- Strong expertise in digital verification, with emphasis on SystemVerilog and UVM
