New York City | In person | Full time
Deepline has strong pull from mid-market and enterprise teams, including Tier 1 logos, and we are hiring a Founding GTM Lead to turn that pull into a repeatable commercial motion. You will work directly with founders and customers to define the sales motion and how we deliver value. This is a chance to build the GTM function around a new category of software and invent the playbook.
Deepline is the agent-first platform for teams to build bespoke GTM software.
Agents are making it possible for anyone to build custom software around how a company sells. But turning a good idea into a production system still requires a fragmented stack of data providers, internal and external data, APIs, permissions, integrations, monitoring, and operational infrastructure.
Deepline makes that layer practical. We give power users and agents the primitives to build and run the exact systems their company needs.
We're already used by thousands of power users at several T1 companies and have grown extremely quickly since we launched in the last six months. We are a lean, deeply technical team moving quickly to build the infrastructure for agent-built software.
Software has never been built solely for agents. Come help shape what that looks like.
We are looking for a Founding GTM Lead who can turn existing customer pull into a commercial motion we can repeat. You will understand what customers are trying to make happen, help them get value quickly, and teach the company what should become product, process, and positioning.
This is not a role for someone looking to inherit a playbook. You will build it. Pricing, onboarding, qualification, pilots, and time-to-value will all change as we learn.
• Turn inbound interest into sharp use cases, well-scoped pilots, and commercial agreements.
• Own mid-market and enterprise opportunities from first conversation through close, adoption, and expansion.
• Run exceptional discovery: understand the customer’s operating reality, not just their software budget.
• Help customers prove value quickly without turning every pilot into bespoke consulting.
• Build the materials, operating rhythm, and systems that make the motion repeatable.
• Bring customer signal directly into product decisions and identify the few outbound experiments worth running.
• Help decide when and whom to hire as the GTM function grows.
Who we’re looking for
• You want to be a Swiss Army knife in an early-stage company: building the playbook and chasing and closing six-figure deals.
• You have built, or materially helped build, an early B2B sales motion.
• You are exceptional at discovery and can make a technical product clear to business and technical buyers.
• You can work credibly with technical founders, engineers, GTM engineers, and revenue leaders.
• You write clearly, follow through, and keep a small team close to the customer.
• You have the judgment to learn and experiment with what works instead of defending how sales is “supposed” to work.
• You are technically curious. Developer-tools experience is useful, but wanting to understand technical customers is non-negotiable.
• Shape an entirely new category of software, with a real role in defining both the product and the company.
• Work in person in New York with experienced founders and a deeply technical, talent-dense team.
• Build at the frontier of AI, on problems that change how products are created, shipped, and brought to market.
• Work somewhere truth-seeking and creatively opinionated: we question inherited assumptions and choose fast learning over false certainty.
• Competitive salary and meaningful equity.
Early teams compound. We are looking for people who raise the ambition, clarity, and quality of the work around them.
