We have thousands of agents deployed across scale-up startups and Fortune 500 companies. We have PMF and are doubling revenue every month. And we have far more enterprise inbound than we can handle.
About the role
We need someone who operates at CTO-level. Someone who can take a vague problem, scope it, build it end-to-end, and ship something that actually provides value. Backend-heavy, AI-native, able to go full stack when needed. No hand-holding. No waiting for specs. You're a full-stack engineer, an AI engineer, and a product engineer in one person. Former founder is a strong plus.
What you'll do
Own large parts of the product end-to-end, from user insight to production.
Build and improve our agentic systems. Make them more accurate, more reliable, more powerful.
Work at the frontier of AI engineering: context engineering, tool use, agent architectures.
Talk to users. Understand their pain. Scope features that actually solve problems.
Push AI-first development — Claude Code, coding agents, automation. You should be obsessed with scaling yourself.
Review code fast and maintain a high bar across the codebase.
Our stack: Go backend, Vite/TypeScript frontend.
You're a fit if
You're a razor-sharp engineer who solves hard problems fast with the code taste to review PRs at speed without dropping the bar.
You have deep product sense. You build for users, not for code's sake.
You love Go and care about clean, maintainable code. Backend-heavy, but not allergic to frontend.
You've built AI products, ideally agentic systems or AI coding tools.
You've built something from scratch: a startup, a side project, a feature that shipped. You thrive in ambiguity and don't need a PM to tell you what to build.
AI research background or experience at an AI coding startup is a plus. But what matters most is that you're exceptional and hungry.

Skills Required
- Exceptional software engineering ability and ability to solve complex problems quickly
- Ability to independently scope, build, and ship products end-to-end
- Strong backend engineering experience with Go
- Full-stack development capability, including frontend work
- Experience building AI products, preferably agentic systems or AI coding tools
- Strong product sense and ability to understand user problems
- Experience building a startup, side project, or product from scratch
