As a Founding Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company's product, technical strategy, and culture. The ideal candidate has a passion for tackling technical challenges and has experience architecting systems, reasoning through complexity, and building reliable products.
ResponsibilitiesBuild core services and web-based APIs from the ground up.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define, design, and deliver value to customers.
Deliver projects autonomously--from technical design to launch and beyond.
Write and maintain scalable, performant and secure code.
Contribute to strategic discussions and provide insights into technical feasibility
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in frontend development.
Experience developing large-scale distributed systems or working on a SaaS platform.
Strong proficiency in backend programming languages such as Python.
Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, complex technical environment with high agency, adaptability, and flexibility.
