What We're Looking For:
- Proven track record in UI/UX or product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing excellence in web and mobile product design
- Crypto/Web3 Familiarity: Demonstrated experience or strong interest in crypto, Web3, or blockchain technologies
- User-Centric Approach: Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, with the ability to translate complex ideas into intuitive interfaces
- Collaboration: Experience working closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring designs to life
About the Role(s):
Depending on the team, you could be:
- Leading Design Initiatives: Owning the end-to-end design process, from ideation and user research to prototyping and final design
- Enhancing User Experiences: Crafting seamless and engaging user experiences for crypto-native applications, ensuring accessibility and usability
- Developing Design Systems: Creating and maintaining design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across products
- Conducting User Research: Planning and facilitating user research activities, including interviews, usability testing, and analyzing feedback to inform design decisions
- Collaborating Cross-Functionally: Working alongside engineering and product teams to ensure the feasibility and implementation of designs

Compensation
- $130,000–$190,000
The compensation range reflects variation by seniority, location, and hiring company. Final compensation is confirmed with the specific hiring company. Cash-only, equity is typically part of a founding designer offer and isn't reflected here.
Our portfolio companies are globally distributed, offering remote, hybrid, and in-person roles worldwide. They’re building across the entire crypto ecosystem—including Crypto x AI, Prediction Markets, DeFi, CeFi, infrastructure, L1S and L2S, creator/consumer applications, NFTs, ZK, and more.
