New York City | In person | Full time
Deepline is hiring a Founding Customer Success Engineer to help customers get meaningful value from Deepline.
Your job is to make our company continue to feel unusually high-touch and customer facing, as we scale, by building the automation, tools, and operating systems that handle everything a person should not have to do manually.
Deepline is the agent-first platform for teams to build bespoke GTM software.
Agents are making it possible for anyone to build custom software around how a company sells. But turning a good idea into a production system still requires a fragmented stack of data providers, internal and external data, APIs, permissions, integrations, monitoring, and operational infrastructure.
Deepline makes that layer practical. We give power users and agents the primitives to build and run the exact systems their company needs.
We're already used by thousands of power users at several T1 companies and have grown extremely quickly since we launched in the last six months. We are a lean, deeply technical team moving quickly to build the infrastructure for agent-built software.
Software has never been built solely for agents. Come help shape what that looks like.
This is not a traditional support role. You will be the technical partner who helps customers get from a promising idea to a system they trust and rely on. You will go deep on their data, tools, workflows, and goals, guide implementation, solve problems when they emerge, and make sure the product is producing real outcomes.
You will also be close to the company’s most important product feedback. The patterns you find across customer deployments should become AI automations, product capabilities, and documentation that make the next customer successful faster.
• Help customers design and build the GTM systems they need using Deepline.
• Diagnose and resolve workflow, data, integration, and product issues with urgency and good judgment.
• Build trusted relationships with technical and commercial stakeholders, and make customer goals concrete and measurable.
• Turn successful implementations into reusable playbooks, templates, documentation, and product feedback.
• Be the customer’s advocate internally, partnering closely with product and engineering to improve the platform.
• Identify adoption risks and expansion opportunities early, and help customers get to durable value.
• You have experience in customer success engineering, solutions engineering, technical account management, implementation, forward-deployed work, or a similarly customer-facing technical role.
• You are technically fluent and comfortable working with APIs, data, integrations, and modern software systems. You can write or modify scripts when needed.
• You do NOT have to code. You do have to be comfortable using coding agents.
• You can translate between business goals and technical decisions, and communicate clearly with both executives and practitioners.
• You take ownership of customer outcomes. When something is unclear or broken, you move toward the problem and stay with it.
• You enjoy ambiguity and can turn a one-off customer need into a clear, reusable solution.
• Experience with GTM systems, CRMs, data infrastructure, or agent products is useful, but not required.
• Shape an entirely new category of software, with a real role in defining both the product and the company.
• Work in person in New York with experienced founders and a deeply technical, talent-dense team.
• Build at the frontier of AI, on problems that change how products are created, shipped, and brought to market.
• Work somewhere truth-seeking and creatively opinionated: we question inherited assumptions and choose fast learning over false certainty.
• Competitive salary and meaningful equity.
Early teams compound. We are looking for people who raise the ambition, clarity, and quality of the work around them.
The base pay range for this role is $140,000 – $220,000 per year.
