About the role
In short: You own Cellbyte's enterprise growth end-to-end - opening doors to pharma decision makers, running demos, and closing deals that turn into long-term platform partnerships.
Your key responsibilities:
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospect, open doors with senior pharma decision makers, run demos, and close deals.
  • In the early days, run your own outbound across email and LinkedIn to book meetings - you don't wait for leads to come to you.
  • Land pilots and convert them into recurring annual platform contracts.
  • Grow and expand existing accounts: map buying committees, build champions, and climb into bigger budgets and broader teams.
  • Sell as a team of two: pull in the founders and domain experts for deep market-access conversations, while you own the deal and drive it to close.
  • Keep CRM hygiene tight and maintain an honest, weighted pipeline so we can forecast accurately.

  • You have 3+ years in B2B software / SaaS sales and have carried - and beaten - a closing quota selling complex or technical products into large enterprises.
  • You're a closer first. You know how to drive a deal forward, navigate procurement, and get signatures over the line.
  • You're hungry, high-energy, and resilient - you thrive at startup speed and want ownership, not a playbook handed to you.
  • You're comfortable owning your own outbound and opening doors. You're not afraid to reach senior decision makers cold, and you can hold a credible, value-driven conversation with VP- and director-level buyers.
  • Bonus: exposure to pharma, market access, or life sciences from a software or analytics vendor - we can teach you the domain; we can't teach you how to sell.
  • You’re genuinely excited about AI and pharma, and want to understand how we create value for customers.
  • Fluent English; German is a plus.

Skills Required

  • 3+ years in B2B software / SaaS sales, with quota-carrying experience selling complex or technical products into large enterprises
  • Proven ability to close deals, navigate procurement, and drive signatures to completion
  • Experience owning full sales cycle including outbound prospecting, demos, and closing
  • Comfortable cold outreach via email and LinkedIn
  • Experience landing pilots and converting them into recurring annual platform contracts; account expansion skills
  • Strong CRM hygiene and disciplined pipeline management
  • Ability to engage VP- and director-level buyers and build buying committees/champions
  • Fluent English
  • German language skills
  • Exposure to pharma, market access, or life sciences from a software or analytics vendor
