Work directly with the founders on strategic and operational projects across e-commerce, operations, automation, process improvement, product launches, and brand growth. The intern will own projects from idea through implementation, analyze data, identify inefficiencies, develop scalable solutions, and use AI and new tools to improve organizational effectiveness.

Tasks
As a Founder’s Associate Intern, you will work closely with our founding team for 3–6 months and support us wherever you can create the most impact.
This is not a traditional internship. You will take ownership of your own projects, solve real problems and help us build better structures, smarter processes and stronger brands.
Some days will be strategic. Others will be deeply operational. Most will be both.

Requirements
We are not looking for the perfect CV. We are looking for someone who learns fast, takes ownership and gets things done.

* Are currently studying or between your Bachelor’s and Master’s degree
* Think entrepreneurially and enjoy solving problems independently
* Are analytical, structured and equally comfortable getting your hands dirty
* Are excited about startups, consumer brands, e-commerce and technology
* Actively use AI and new tools to work smarter and faster
* Can quickly understand new and unfamiliar topics
* Have high standards for your own work
* Feel comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, processes and a certain level of startup chaos
Previous experience in a startup, consulting, venture capital, e-commerce or another fast-paced environment is a plus, but not a requirement.
