About the Role
Forward Deployed Engineers sit at the intersection of engineering, AI, and customer impact. You will work directly with client teams to understand complex business challenges, design scalable AI solutions, and deploy those solutions into production. This role is ideal for builders who enjoy working with customers, navigating ambiguity, and turning the latest advances in AI into real-world results.
What You'll Do
- Partner with enterprise customers to understand workflows, challenges, and opportunities for AI-driven transformation
- Design, build, and deploy AI applications, agentic workflows, automations, and enterprise integrations
- Translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Lead proof of concept initiatives and guide them into production deployments
- Work across the full lifecycle from discovery and solution design through implementation, deployment, and adoption
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and client stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer journey
What We Look For
- A passion for AI and demonstrated ability to leverage the efficiency and creativity it can provide
- 5+ years, including software engineering, advanced solutions, including agentic AI, and client-facing delivery
- Production experience in system integrations, AI applications, LLM powered systems, agents, workflow automations
- Strong software engineering skills in one or more production languages such as Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, C#, Java, Go, or similar. Python and LLM framework experience are strong assets
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences
- Curiosity, ownership, adaptability, and a desire to solve challenging customer problems
