Flexis - IS Manager - F/M

Flexis, formed from the Joint venture between Renault Group, Volvo Group and CMA/CGM in April 2024, is a European mobility solutions OEM based in France.  Flexis designs, develops and manufactures a new generation of 100% electric commercial vans and provides fleet management solutions based on a Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) architecture. 

The Start of Production (SOP) of the first FlexEvan vehicles is planned for April 2026.  

You will integrate the IS/IT department as an IS manager to ensure  

• Project Management: Coordination of IS projects roadmap for a given perimeter, including system implementations, upgrades, and migrations, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.  

• Middleware Follow-up: Flexis IS are connected between them and with external IS : a middleware is orchestrating the exchanges. In coordination with the Flexis IT manager and the Middleware integrator for technical aspects, you will be in charge of ensuring that everything is operational on a daily basis, of the roadmap of evolutions of existing interfaces and interfaces to come. 

• IS Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IS department, ensuring systems run smoothly and efficiently from end to end. Support all Flexis Business functions and their integrator or dedicated team in the delivery / maintenance phases and the organization of teams (with internal or external resources staffing for example) 

• Security Management: In collaboration with the IT manager in charge of security aspects, you will plan, ensure implementation and manage security protocols to protect company data and systems from threats. 

• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effective solutions. 

• Budget Management: Participate to the IS budget follow-up, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and adherence to financial plans. 

• Documentation: Ensure that comprehensive documentations of systems, processes, and procedures are available and maintained. 

Technical Skills: 

• Project Management: you have at least 7 years of experience in project management are familiar methodologies as (e.g., Agile, Scrum). You fill at ease with planning management, external resources management and activities synchronization between different teams. 

• Technical background : data queries (SQL, API etc…), Functional & technical Architecture  

• Cloud Computing: Knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP) and cloud-based solutions. 

• Security :  understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices. 

• Data Management: Experience with data governance and management practices. In coordination with the IS Data Lead, you will participate to data sub-project in which Flexis IS of your perimeter will participate.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred). 

• Minimum 7 years of experience in IS management. 

• Relevant certifications (e.g., PRINCE, PMP) are a plus.
