We need someone who’s just as passionate about tech and talent as we are. Join Fledge as a Talent Sourcing & Operations Specialist, where you’ll combine next-gen tools, strategic thinking, and operational precision to find and engage exceptional people across EMEA and North America.
- Design and execute sourcing campaigns using modern AI tools to write outreach messages, generate Boolean strings, summarize candidate profiles, and automate tasks
- Maintain structured talent pipelines using Google Drive, Sheets, and Docs
- Ensure every candidate experiences thoughtful, responsive, and human communication
- Conduct market research and competitor mapping using open web tools and AI assistants
- Continuously evolve the sourcing strategies using the latest free AI and automation tools
- Ensure data accuracy to transform insights into clear, visual reports and compelling storytelling outputs.
- Provide a great experience to every single candidate you are in touch with
- Hands-on experience with talent sourcing tools and techniques
- Strong command of ChatGPT and other free LLM-based tools to streamline TA workflows
- Strong focus on detail, accuracy, and recruitment administration
