Job DescriptionRandstad in Williamson County has a fantastic new opening for an Office Manager/ Administrative assistant working for a comprehensive financial planning firm in Brentwood, TN !
In this role you will be answering phones, directing calls, greeting customers, record keeping in CRM management, scheduling and managing the firm's calendar, and other administrative office duties as deemed necessary!
QualificationsQualifications:
* Previous experience within financial services firm is preferred
* High preference of having secured Securities Licensing ( Series 6 or 7, and Series 63, 65, 66)
* Positive Outgoing Personality
* Team Player attitude
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
* Extraordinary time management skills
Additional InformationThis position will be paying $40,000 ~ $45,000.00
