We are looking for our German subcompany’s headquarter in Weil am Rhein as soon as possible for you as Financial Controller (m/f/x).
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the execution and continuous development of our controlling processes
You actively contribute to budgeting and forecasting and continuously improve these processes
You perform variance analyses and derive concrete recommendations for action
You create, optimize, and monitor KPI dashboards and reports in Power BI
You ensure consistent, data-driven standards in reporting and analysis
You act as a sparring partner for business units on financial and controlling-related topics
You support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
You are responsible for cost accounting across sales channels, including maintenance and further development
Your Profile
You have a degree in business administration with a focus on controlling/finance or a comparable qualification
You have relevant professional experience in Controlling
You are proficient in using MS Office and ideally have experience with MS Power BI and MS Business Central
You have a very good knowledge of German and a good knowledge of written and spoken English
You have a strong understanding of business contexts, a high affinity for numbers, and a proactive and structured way of working
You work proactively, in a structured manner, and take ownership of your responsibilities
You have strong communication skills and the ability to act as a business partner on equal footing with various departments

Skills Required
