The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting ERP development and process enhancements across Record-to-Report (R2R) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) functions. The individual will work closely with development and business teams to gather requirements, configure ERP solutions, support testing and ensure seamless integration and automation of R2R and P2P activities. The role will also involve identifying process improvement opportunities, resolving system issues, and ensuring alignment with business requirements.

- Gather and document R2R and P2P business requirements.
- Support ERP configuration, testing, and implementation.
- Collaborate with development and business teams for solution delivery.
- Prepare and deliver client demos to showcase ERP solutions and process enhancements.
- Identify process gaps and opportunities for automation and improvement.
- Support issue resolution and system enhancements.
- Ensure ERP solutions align with business and finance requirements.
Skills/Qualification
- Postgraduate – MBA(Finance) / M.Com
- Good understanding of Accounting, R2R (Record-to-Report) and P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Should have communication skills, Problem solving and analytical skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
- Strong time management and structured thinking skills.
Skills Required
- Postgraduate degree in MBA Finance or M.Com
- Understanding of accounting, Record-to-Report, and Procure-to-Pay processes
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
- Strong time management and structured thinking skills
