We are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Financial Analyst to join our North America team. This role will be responsible for finance support for contract manufacturing, logistics, and inventory. Our ideal candidate has good analytical skills and has a background in finance, while working across various systems. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to build the team, processes, and tools from the ground-up as our company is going through a phase of rapid growth.

Here are the things we want to hire you to do:

  • Work closely with supply chain team to ensure accurate and timely capture of contract manufacturing, logistics and inventory related transactions
  • Complete monthly close by: preparing monthly expense accruals, reviewing all expense accounts for errors and correct as needed, preparing monthly inventory and aging reconciliations and analysis, analyzing freight invoices and book accruals
  • Prepare monthly reports of results and analyze any variances vs plan
  • Provide complete, accurate and timely financial support to operating management as needed
  • Participate in annual planning process
  • Update std costing in ERP on annual basis
  • Inventory Oversight: timely verification of production postings to ensure proper finished and semi-finished inventory is reported, assist production to ensure orders are closed and goods issue errors are corrected, assist in researching and resolving cycle count variances, ensure accuracy of the physical inventory and reported results, investigate and explain book to physical adjustments

Here are the things we think you need:

  • BA/BS degree in Accounting/Finance
  • 5+ years of finance/analysis experience
  • 3+ years cost accounting/standard costing/bill of material
  • 3+ years experience on the plant floor
  • CPA or CMA preferred
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of general accounting principles and factory cost accounting preferred
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, both oral and written
  • Must be detail oriented, highly organized and able to work independently and with limited supervision
  • Self-starter, dependable and possess the ability to respond quickly and accurately on multiple priorities
  • Ability to identify areas of opportunity and develop and implement recommendations for resolution
  • Working knowledge with ERP is required, experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus
  • Working knowledge of Power BI a plus
  • Effectively prioritizes multiple demands, ability to be flexible during high workload periods
  • Seamlessly manage competing priorities in a fast and high-pressured matrixed environment
  • Exceptional communicator with ability to present concepts, recommendations and analyses to senior management in a clear, concise and actionable manner
