Finance Specialist Accounting & Reporting (m/w/d)

For our client, we are looking for a motivated finance professional who is eager to take the next step in their career within an international industrial company. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Group CFO and gain broad exposure to financial accounting, reporting, compliance and process improvement activities in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

You will become a key member of the finance organization, contributing to the reliability and transparency of financial information while helping to improve and modernize existing finance processes. • Support and coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities

• Participate in group reporting and consolidation processes

• Prepare financial reports and management information

• Support VAT, tax and statutory reporting requirements

• Ensure accuracy, consistency and transparency of financial data

• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation

• Support ERP and finance transformation initiatives

• Participate in internal control and compliance activities

• Work closely with operational departments and international colleagues

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent

• 3-8 years of professional experience in accounting, financial reporting, audit or related finance functions

• Hands-on experience in month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes

• Experience within an industrial, manufacturing or international environment is advantageous

• Interest in finance process improvement, digitalization and automation

• Strong analytical and organizational skills combined with a pragmatic, hands-on approach

• Curious, proactive and willing to take ownership

• Fluent in French and English; German is a plus

• Direct reporting line to the Group CFO

• Broad exposure across accounting, reporting and finance operations
