As a Finance & Business Management Associate in the Business Management team, you will support strategic initiatives, business analysis, executive communications, and project delivery across the organization. You will partner with stakeholders to develop presentations, support business decision-making, coordinate key activities, and help drive process improvements. You will also support business risk management and contribute to initiatives that improve efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis
- Organize complex information into strategic and compelling presentations, reports, and dashboards using advanced Excel and PowerPoint techniques
- Create wireframes and mock-ups for management presentations, reports, and dashboards
- Communicate with business partners to understand project objectives, drive next steps, and support execution
- Project manage and deliver key workstreams, initiatives, and business priorities
- Identify business risks and support the implementation of mitigating controls
- Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls, leadership meetings, and strategy sessions
- Maintain internal resources, documentation, and collaboration sites, including SharePoint
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives and identify opportunities to simplify, improve, and enhance existing business processes
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Experience in Business Management, Chief Operating Office, or a related role
- Experience developing presentations, reporting, and executive communications for a variety of stakeholders
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Pivot Tables
- Ability to manage and influence stakeholders across multiple teams and functions
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Experience presenting complex information in a clear and compelling manner
- Ability to articulate rationale for design, reporting, and presentation decisions
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
