We are seeking a proactive and organised professional to provide an efficient, accurate and customer-focused transactional finance service across Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). The role is responsible for ensuring invoices, payments, receipts and reconciliations are processed accurately and within agreed deadlines, maintaining reliable financial records and ensuring compliance with established financial controls and approval processes.
Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will manage day-to-day finance queries, maintain accurate supplier and customer records within Workday, investigate discrepancies and support the smooth running of AP and AR operations. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, a customer-focused approach and the ability to work collaboratively, while identifying opportunities to improve, simplify and automate processes to enhance the overall efficiency of the Finance function.
What skills/experience do I need to be successful?
Studying towards AAT, or able to demonstrate equivalent relevant finance experience;
Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly Excel and Outlook;
Open to using Microsoft Copilot and AI tools appropriately to support efficient, accurate and improved ways of working;
Accurate, organised and dependable, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage changing priorities;
Collaborative and customer-focused, with clear and professional communication.
