JOB DESCRIPTION
You will support the Finance team’s daily routine and help organize financial information. You’ll work with the Finance and Legal teams in Brazil and the US. This is an entry-level role for someone who wants to build a career in finance. Over time, you’ll be trained to act as the backup for the Accounts Payable position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enter and verify data in the system.
- Keep systems, spreadsheets, and digital files 100% updated.
- Follow up on pending items with the team to complete records and workflows.
- Fill out basic Excel spreadsheets for daily routine tracking.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
- English: advanced (professional proficiency), for daily use of systems and communication.
- Excel: good working knowledge, including formulas.
- Profile: organized, detail-oriented and committed to finishing what you start, with a strong interest in learning and growing in finance.
Skills Required
- Degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Advanced English proficiency for daily systems use and communication
- Good working knowledge of Excel, including formulas
- Basic understanding of financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow
- Organized, detail-oriented, committed to completing tasks, and interested in learning and growing in finance
