Requirements

About the role :

What Your Day Looks Like:

  • Handle inbound & outbound calls with customers
  • Guide customers through quotes and recommend the right cover
  • Convert enquiries into sales
  • Meet daily targets and quality standards
  • Stay compliant with regulatory requirements
  • Continuously build your product knowledge and sales skills

What We're Looking For:

  • Results-driven sales mindset
  • Strong communicator with genuine customer focus
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced contact centre environment with KPIs
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Prior sales or contact centre experience preferred (insurance background a bonus)
